Responsibilities:

  • Define the overarching vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for an entire cluster of products to drive significant business growth.
  • Own the P&L (Profit & Loss) or key business metrics for the product portfolio, setting ambitious growth targets and being accountable for their achievement.
  • Continuously analyze portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats, adjusting the strategy accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for individual PMs, provide regular coaching and feedback, and manage career development and performance reviews.
  • Empower the team by removing obstacles and ensuring they have the resources and autonomy needed to succeed.
  • Govern the high-level experimentation roadmap for the entire product cluster, ensuring that the team's A/B tests and experiments are strategically aligned with growth objectives.
  • Champion a culture of rapid, data-informed iteration, pushing the team to form strong hypotheses, run high-impact tests, and share learnings widely.
  • Oversee the effective utilization of analytics and experimentation tools to ensure insights are being generated and acted upon efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the product cluster, building strong relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with senior leadership across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Sales.
  • Clearly articulate the portfolio's strategy, performance, and roadmap to executive stakeholders, translating complex product concepts into clear business value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management Sciences or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product growth management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Demonstrable experience in a formal people management role, having hired, managed, and mentored a team of Product Managers.
  • High level of data literacy. Must be able to interpret complex datasets, understand statistical significance in A/B testing, and guide their team in asking the right questions of the data.
  • While not always writing queries, familiarity with SQL or data query languages is a strong plus.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with modern product analytics tools to track user behavior and portfolio KPIs.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation platforms to manage and analyze tests.
  • Experience using product roadmapping and strategy tools to plan and communicate the portfolio vision.
  • A deep, practical understanding of product growth frameworks and models (e.g., AARRR Pirate Metrics, HEART framework) and how to apply them to diagnose the user funnel and identify growth levers across a product portfolio.
