About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role. This position is ideal for someone passionate about process optimization and eager to build their skills in project management. The role is split between improving operational workflows and supporting product and project initiatives in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, has a process-oriented mindset, and wants hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration, agile execution, and digital health product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process Engineering Responsibilities
  • Analyze and map existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct or support process audits to ensure alignment with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare interoperability protocols.
  • Assist in designing, documenting, and implementing optimized workflows, SOPs, and data flow diagrams.
  • Support internal teams in adopting improved processes through training, documentation, and change management.
  • Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement across the organization by identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.

Project Management Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and client-facing projects under the guidance of the PMO Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities and aligning deliverables with timelines.
  • Help monitor project progress and surface risks or blockers for resolution by senior team members.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and task trackers.
  • Assist in stakeholder communications and facilitate alignment on project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to post-implementation reviews and process retrospectives.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, operations, or similar roles.
  • Exposure to product development or project coordination, ideally within healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS environments.
  • Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certifications are a plus but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Experience with collaboration and project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, Trello).
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Softr, N8N, Zapier).

  • Analytical thinker with a structured problem-solving approach.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Nice to have : Product Management Skills, ERP Experience

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
