As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will oversee all aspects of projects, including resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management. Experience in Agile environments and working with US-based clients is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project resources and manage project teams.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in Jira for Agile project tracking.
  • Proficiency in Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
  • Prior experience managing projects for US-based clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
