Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Amazon and TikTok Store Manager based in Lahore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of our online stores on Amazon and TikTok, running ads, managing SCM, running its facebook ads, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, optimizing listings, monitoring sales performance, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Store Management PPC and tiktok ads and ROI
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online store management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
