Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager (Remote & US position)

If you want international experience in the United States, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We are a multi-division US transportation. This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York).
Key Duties:
- Develop forecasts and cashflow statements
- Maintain financial records for client companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
- Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
- Raise invoices
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation of various banks with system generated ledger.
- Maintain, record and reconcile cash .
Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to priorities projects to meet tight deadlines.
