Merchandiser
to oversee the day-to-day operations of purchasing, planning, and production for our
local
women's apparel line. If you're passionate about fashion, have an eye for detail, and know how to bring designs to life through smart sourcing and vendor management — we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production timelines and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle sourcing and purchasing of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with multiple local vendors for embroidery, dyeing, stitching, and finishing.
  • Maintain and manage production budgets effectively.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the production process.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven track record
    in merchandising, especially in women's apparel.
  2. Strong negotiation and people skills
    – must be confident dealing with vendors and artisans.
  3. Excellent time management
    – meeting deadlines is non-negotiable.

  4. Textile knowledge is a must
    – familiarity with:

  5. Multi-head embroidery

  6. Fabric types and characteristics
  7. Dyeing techniques (including tie & dye, reactive, pigment, etc.)
