We're Hiring: Face-to-Face Sales Executive – BRAVE Gym Lahore

BRAVE Gym is not your average fitness centre. We are a purpose-built, warehouse-style gym located in Lahore, offering everything under one roof — from elite combat sports to functional fitness, strength training, and wellness programs. With a clientele ranging from Olympic athletes to CEOs and Gen Z newcomers, we are redefining the fitness experience in Pakistan.

We're now looking for a Sales Executive who thrives on real interaction, knows how to manage a sales pipeline, and can convert leads into loyal members.

Role Responsibilities


• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads


• Book on-site visits and conduct gym walk-throughs


• Explain offerings clearly and close sales with confidence


• Manage the sales funnel and CRM for follow-ups and conversion


• Maintain daily reporting and hit weekly/monthly KPIs


• Deliver exceptional client service from first contact to onboarding

• A confident communicator who enjoys face-to-face interaction


• Has prior sales experience (fitness, retail, telecom, or service industry preferred)


• Understands lead funnels, sales cycles, and performance reporting


• Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
