Role Overview

The SEO Specialist will analyze, review, and implement optimization strategies for websites and online content. This role requires both technical SEO expertise and creative problem-solving skills to achieve maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on website performance using analytics and SEO tools.
  • Monitor search algorithms and stay updated with industry changes.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend innovative strategies to increase organic reach.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with website analytics and performance measurement.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
