We are looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineer to join our growing team at Force Cloudz. This is a leading role where you will be responsible for driving end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, from designing scalable models to deploying production-ready solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Work with large datasets to build, train, and optimize predictive and analytical models.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into applications.
  • Conduct research on new AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve solutions.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers in the team.
  • Ensure models meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in developing and deploying ML models.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and related ML frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for ML deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, statistics, and applied mathematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning projects.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Prior experience in a leading or mentoring role.
