About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to lead our marketing efforts for NFS Ascent, our enterprise-grade solution. This individual will play a critical role in generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), driving opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. This candidate will report into the Head of Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored account-based marketing strategies to build pipeline for NFS Ascent.
- Collaborate with field marketing managers across global markets (US, China, Europe, Australia, etc.) for event planning and execution.
- Craft strategies with communications and content teams to elevate brand awareness among target audiences.
- Partner with product marketing to produce compelling marketing materials, such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
- Increase awareness of NETSOL's content and products using SEO, email marketing, and advertising on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook.
- Partner with the field marketing team to formulate and manage an industry association marketing strategy.
- Allocate budgets strategically across marketing initiatives and geographies.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data analytics tools to optimize results. Regularly engage stakeholders, adapting strategies based on performance data.
- Perform in-depth market research to guide marketing strategies.
- Innovate in campaign development to cater to various customer journey stages.
- Work closely with Sales Development team to nurture MQLs until they are sales ready SQLs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, particularly in a B2B, technology, or software environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, and email marketing platforms.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Jira.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experienced in building multichannel ABM and demand generation strategies for significant business growth.
- Knowledge of best practices in demand generation and customer engagement, with a continuous test-and-learn approach.
- Proficiency in using Jira for campaign and project management.
- Strong project management abilities, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
