We are now seeking a
dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager
to spearhead our presence in the
Turkey market
. This is a strategic role for someone who is passionate about fashion, marketing, and business growth, and who thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to expand Artistic Milliners' footprint in the Turkey market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fashion houses, and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the apparel and textile ecosystem.
  • Drive market intelligence and competitor analysis to shape strategic decisions.
  • Represent Artistic Milliners at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events across Turkey and the wider region.
  • Collaborate with internal product, design, and sustainability teams to align market needs with company innovations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile/Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or marketing within the textile, apparel, or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Turkey market dynamics, consumer trends, and fashion value chain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
  • Proficiency in English (Turkish language skills are a plus).
