Position Summary:

As a Business Development Associate at Improdata, you will play a crucial role in nurturing leads and expanding our client base. We are seeking fresh graduates or individuals with some experience in sales and business development who are eager to build their careers. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute strategies for identifying and nurturing leads from LinkedIn, Upwork, and other freelance platforms.

  • Sales Tools Utilization: Utilize tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedHelper to manage and optimize the sales pipeline.

  • Cold Calling: Engage in cold calling activities to generate new business opportunities and establish initial contact with potential clients.

  • Client Acquisition Strategy: Assist in developing robust strategies for acquiring new clients through market research and targeted outreach.

  • Networking and Outreach: Expand and maintain a solid network within the tech industry, engaging with potential clients and stakeholders at events and conferences.

  • Initial Meetings: Conduct initial meetings with clients and leads to understand their needs and present Improdata's solutions.

  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct initial assessments of potential clients' needs, crafting tailored solutions and proposals to address these points.

  • Proposal Development Generate persuasive, customized proposals that clearly articulate the value and benefits of Improdata's services.

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and high levels of satisfaction.

  • Project Management: Assist in overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.

  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Actively monitor and enhance client relationships and satisfaction, striving for sustained engagements and long-term partnerships.

  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to spot business opportunities and differentiate Improdata.

  • Technical Writing: Write technical posts, portfolios, and proposals to effectively communicate our offerings to clients.

  • Continuous Improvement: Refine and enhance sales and client management processes for better efficiency and scalability.

Offering:

  • Base Salary: base salary + Commission.

Experience Required:

  • Under graduates or Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in sales, particularly in data, software, and AI service sales.

  • Some experience in cold calling and managing client relationships.

  • Strong interest in data analytics, AI technologies, and their application in solving business challenges.

  • Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
