The Manager Administration will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the organization. The role requires a disciplined, organized, and proactive individual (Army retired personnel preferred) with strong leadership and liaison capabilities. The incumbent will ensure smooth office operations, security management, facility management, and effective coordination with governmental and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative operations, including security, transport, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Act as a liaison with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, labor departments, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  • Oversee company security arrangements, including workforce discipline, premises security, and emergency response plans.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and statutory requirements by coordinating with relevant government offices.
  • Manage contracts and services related to office premises, utilities, and administrative supplies.
  • Implement and monitor administrative policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance, training, and evaluation.
  • Support HR and management in handling employee discipline, labor union matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and oversee budget planning for administrative operations.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on administrative performance, risks, and improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in administration, facility management, or security management.
  • Preference: Army Retired Officer (Captain / Major rank preferred) with corporate administration exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of government procedures, licensing, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
