Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms, with a strong background in content planning, content calendar management, content scheduling, writing posts, community management, objection handling, and reporting. This role involves working closely with the creative team to ensure engaging and high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write engaging and on-brand social media posts that resonate with our audience.
• Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster and grow an engaged online community by interacting with followers and encouraging positive discussions.
• Handle objections and resolve issues raised by the community promptly and effectively.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
• Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure content aligns with social media strategies and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversions.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize social media strategies and content.

• Trend Analysis & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Experiment with new content formats, strategies, and platforms to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging.
• Bring new ideas and creative approaches to enhance our social media efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Proven track record of managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Skills:
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media posts.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
