ROLE DISCRIPTION
:
We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales of mobile accessories and TV/LCD products across Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore. The role requires frequent market visits to develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets while representing the company in key markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for accessories and TV/LCD product lines.
* Visit markets regularly to meet retailers, distributors, and shopkeepers, ensuring product visibility and availability.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retail partners and corporate clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical guidance to potential clients.
* Negotiate sales agreements and ensure timely closure of deals.
* Monitor stock availability, coordinate with supply chain, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
* Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
REQUIREMENTS
:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in electronics, home appliances, or related products.
* Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail market.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license for market visits.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore.
