Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager & Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in B2B international sales and freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.). The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of tech services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads independently. This role demands maturity, ownership, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new B2B leads, focusing on international markets and freelance platforms.
  • Must have experience in generating business through Freelancing Platforms or social media for Mobile app development, Web Application Development services
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to drive front sales strategy and maximize client lifetime value.
  • Understand and communicate technical concepts related to SaaS, CRM platforms, web & mobile design, and development services.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their go-to representative for all future needs and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Project Management) to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Create impactful sales proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to drive conversions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in international B2B sales, particularly on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Clutch, PeoplePerHour.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Web & Mobile Development, CRM tools, and SaaS products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Familiar with sales funnels, lead generation, and client onboarding processes.
  • Ability to take ownership, meet goals, and manage the full sales cycle independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and explore new business opportunities.
