Lead Generation Specialist
to join our team and help drive new business opportunities.

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads that align with our services. This role requires strong research skills, outreach experience, and an understanding of the IT/software services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through
    email campaigns, and other B2B platforms
    .
  • Develop and maintain a
    qualified pipeline of leads
    for the sales and business development team.
  • Craft and execute
    outreach campaigns
    (emails, cold calls where necessary).
  • Track, measure, and optimize lead generation campaigns for higher conversion.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to hand over warm leads and refine targeting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status in
    CRM tools
    .
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in
    lead generation, sales support, or business development
    within IT/software services.
  • Strong knowledge of
    email automation tools, and CRM systems
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to research and qualify leads effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with
    AI, automation, and software services
    will be a strong plus.
  • Onsite in DHA Phase 6 2PM-11PM
