Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore District for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, maintaining communication with potential clients, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks include managing lead databases, following up with prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying and generating new leads, lead generation
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
