Piping Design Engineer
to join our growing design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute piping design activities for assigned projects from concept to detailed design.
  • Prepare and review piping layouts, isometrics, GA drawings, and support details using CAD and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Plant 3D, E3D, PDMS).
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.), and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with process, mechanical, structural, and instrumentation teams to ensure design integrity and interface alignment.
  • Participate in model reviews, design validation, and clash checks.
  • Support preparation of material take-offs (MTOs), technical bid evaluations, and vendor drawing reviews.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and constructability are considered in all design deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 10–12 years of experience in piping design within [industry sector].
  • Strong proficiency in 3D modeling tools (AutoCAD Plant 3D / E3D / PDMS / SmartPlant 3D).
  • Good understanding of piping materials, stress analysis basics, and layout optimization.
  • Familiarity with international design codes and standards (ASME B31.3, B31.1, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight schedules.
