About the Role?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer ) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs that power our applications. This role requires deep expertise in , databases, cloud deployment, and system architecture, with a strong focus on performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using

Develop and manage RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs for front-end and third-party integrations.

Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.

Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with best practices.

Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) including schema design, optimization, and query tuning.

Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring quick resolution of production issues.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and frameworks to suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

3-4 years of professional experience in backend development with

Strong knowledge of , NestJS, or other frameworks.

Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Solid understanding of API design principles, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and microservices.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
