Job Summary:

The Sales Officer will support sales operations and business growth by assisting sales managers in implementing strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities. The role combines sales execution with operational coordination to ensure efficiency and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing sales strategies and achieving business targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve client inquiries or issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and suggest effective capture strategies.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and participate in team meetings.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Honors

Experience:

  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Investment/Merchant Banking, Retail, Wholesale, Mobile Accessories, or Financial Technology (Fintech) startups.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
