Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance professional to join our leadership team as Manager / Senior Manager – Finance
. This role will be central in driving Manto's financial strategy, overseeing operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making as we continue to scale locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage financial operations, including reporting, analysis, and planning.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, tax laws, and internal controls.
  • Identify and manage financial risks, providing proactive solutions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop growth-oriented financial strategies.
  • Drive efficiencies through systems, processes, and automation in finance operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years of relevant experience in the retail or fashion industry
    .
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • CA (completed or in process) will be a strong plus; CFA/CPA also an advantage.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be a
    critical thinker
    with the ability to challenge assumptions and add strategic value.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
