We are looking for a highly motivated
Manager Accounts
to oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial accounting functions, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and preparing timely financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Costing Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update standard costing for products and processes.
  • Prepare cost sheets, analyse BOMs, and track changes in production cost components.
  • Monitor inventory valuation (RM, WIP, FG) and ensure accuracy in the ERP system.
  • Work with production and procurement teams to identify and implement cost control measures.
  • Assist in pricing strategies and profitability analysis.

Financial Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory norms.
  • Ensure accurate posting of journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS) and internal policies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting (MIS).
  • Liaise with auditors during statutory and internal audits; provide necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax) in coordination with tax consultants.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CA Finalist, ACCA Qualified, CMA
  • 3–7 years of experience in a combined costing and financial accounting role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamic, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • High attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of local tax laws and compliance (if applicable)
