Full Stack Mobile Developer

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end mobile application development—including design, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment. You will build secure, intuitive, and scalable applications for both iOS and Android platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into seamless mobile experiences, while also handling backend integrations and performing 
multi-task assessments whenever required
 to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality cross-platform mobile applications (React Native / Flutter) or native apps (Swift / Kotlin).
  • Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and third-party tools to deliver full-stack solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, plan, and deliver innovative features.
  • Ensure application scalability, responsiveness, and security across devices and platforms.
  • Drive the release process for App Store / Google Play, including versioning, publishing, and post-release updates.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform 
    multi-task assessments
     to support critical project needs, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Stay updated on emerging mobile and backend technologies, proactively introducing improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of proven professional experience in mobile application development.
  • Strong expertise in React Native / Flutter, or native app development (Swift / Kotlin / Java).
  • Solid experience with backend integration using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, WebSocket, and real-time data.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on knowledge of app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture, Combine (FRP)).
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Firebase, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with push notifications (APN, Firebase Push Notifications, OneSignal), offline-first apps, background services, and caching strategies.
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices (authentication, encryption, secure storage).
  • Integration experience with payment gateways, geolocation, or real-time features.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or published apps on App Store / Google Play.
