We are looking for a motivated Project Trainee to join our Warehouse team in Pakistan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, compliance activities, and process improvement. You will work closely with a collaborative team, supporting daily tasks and contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Assist in daily inventory management, including stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Support compliance activities, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) audits and QMS (Quality Management System) includes documentation and basic understanding of change control management, Risk Management and deviation handling.
• Help with the receiving, storage, includes temperature monitoring and dispensing of raw material.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely data entry for warehouse transactions.
• Participate in EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) activities and promote safe practices.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's / Master or Pharm- D degree in a required for this role.
• 0-1 year of experience is required for this role.
• Basic understanding of GMP, QMS, and EHS principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
This role is on-site and based in Pakistan. You will work closely with the warehouse team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.
