Position Overview: Business Analyst Trainee

We are seeking motivated Business Analyst Trainees who are eager to learn, have strong English communication skills, and want to build a career in functional consulting and business analysis.

This paid 3-month trainee program is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in consulting, project management, and client engagement while working with Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client business processes, workflows, and requirements.

Support the design, documentation, and configuration of software solutions.

Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

Assist in preparing functional specifications, reports, and project documentation.

Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide support in testing, training, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic system and process issues.

Prepare presentations and progress reports for internal and client use.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 3–6 months to 1 year of internship or work experience in business analysis, consulting, or IT.

Communication: Excellent English communication (spoken & written) with strong interpersonal skills.

Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Tech Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and work in teams.
