Business Psychologist

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Psychologist who can apply psychology to analyze consumer behavior, improve branding, and enhance sales strategies. The role will focus on understanding customer needs, purchasing decisions, and market psychology to help our food company expand and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Study consumer psychology and behavior patterns to guide product positioning and marketing.
• Provide insights to strengthen brand image and customer loyalty.
• Support the sales and marketing teams with psychology-driven strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and buying triggers.
• Recommend packaging, advertising, and communication approaches based on psychological impact.
• Help design promotional campaigns that connect with consumers on an emotional and behavioral level.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, or Consumer Behavior.
• Strong background in market research, branding, or consumer insights.
• Creative thinker with the ability to link psychology to business strategies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or the food industry will be a plus.
