Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: F11-Markaz (Onsite)

Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in B2B and B2C campaigns, eCommerce growth, and Meta Ads optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has hands-on expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns that drive conversions and ROI across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies tailored to different audience segments.
  • Manage and grow eCommerce sales funnels, optimizing product listings, landing pages, and ad creatives for maximum conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to refine marketing performance.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare actionable reports on ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to enhance customer retention and repeat sales.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to align marketing messages and campaigns.
  • A/B test ad creatives, placements, and audience segments to improve performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Proven success managing eCommerce campaigns and achieving measurable sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Pixel tracking.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and copy that converts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
