We're looking for a Spanish Language Specialist to manage communication and coordination with Spanish speaking patients.

This is a full-time, office-based role for someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Title: Spanish Language Specialist (Patient Support & Coordination)

Key Responsibilities:


• Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking patients via phone and email


• Translate and interpret documents/emails between Spanish and English.


• Maintain clear, polite, and timely communication


• Assist in billing support, patient queries, and documentation if required


• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:


• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)


• Good command of English


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus


• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)


• Punctual, detail-oriented, and professional in behavior
