Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Account/Admin Department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in financial record management and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain and update financial records, overseeing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Facilitate payment recovery and ensure a prompt response against accounts payable/receivable.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to promptly resolve any discrepancies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits to verify compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
  • Coordinate with other departments, particularly the sales staff, to gather necessary financial information.
  • Effectively communicate with the team supervisor regarding financial matters.
  • Keep a keen eye on emails, especially those related to pre-alerts, invoice queries, and payment queries.
  • Preparation of Annual accounts.
  • Written & Spoken English Skills.
  • Efficient, honest, and has a high level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Draft letters, emails and other necessary documents for correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field (AAT, etc).
  • 2-3 year experience in bookkeeping.
  • Experience in Xero, Pandle and QuickBooks. (Preferred)
  • 1-2 years - UK Based Experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
