Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager QA
 to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of 
GMP compliance
, 
quality management systems
, and 
HACCP
, along with excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality of all batches at every stage of manufacturing.
  • Monitor QA systems across warehouses (raw, packing, finished), manufacturing, and processing.
  • Handle complaints, product recalls, change control systems, and deviation investigations.
  • Assure line clearance and in-process control verification in production, packaging, and warehouse operations.
  • Maintain 
    GMP compliance
     during manufacturing and packing activities.
  • Identify and implement measures to reduce/eliminate environmental, chemical, biological, and halal hazards.
  • Issue and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and maintain documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and train teams on HACCP, SOPs, and QMS documentation.
  • Manage CAPA issuance, closure, and verification.
  • Handle and document market complaints and product recalls.
  • Ensure production and quality control processes are clearly documented and compliant with GMP.
  • Conduct GMP self-inspections to assess effectiveness and compliance.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a QA managerial role within manufacturing.
  • In-depth understanding of GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and QMS.
