Manager QA (Pharma-D) JD's:
1. Assure quality of all batches manufactured at every stage of manufacturing of product.

  1. Performing the functions of Monitoring as per laid down QA system for following areas, Warehouses (raw, packing, finished), manufacturing and processing, complaints and product recall, handling of change control system, investigation of deviations, returned products (salvage and disposal)

  2. Responsible to assure line clearance and in-process control verification in production, packaging and warehouse.

  3. Assure GMP compliances during manufacturing and packing operations in all production and warehouses.

  4. To indicate and assure reduction / elimination of environmental, chemical biological and halal hazards by using safety measures and GMP

  5. To issue BMR and review after submission and maintain record.

  6. Documentation, reviews & training of HACCP, SOP,QMS

  7. Issuance, closure and verification of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).

  8. Handling and documentation of market complaints and product recalls

  9. To ensure production and quality control operations are clearly specified in a written form and GMP requirements are adopted.

  10. To ensure GMP self-inspection is carried out regularly to check the effectiveness and applicability of GMP compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, Pharma-D or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment (pharma, food, or related).
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in managing audits, inspections, and quality documentation.
