The
Accounts Executive
will be responsible for handling daily banking operations, verifying deposits, reconciling branch collections, and managing receipts and payments. This role also includes preparing periodic entries, financial statements, and accounts for sister concern companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect bank statements/MIS reports (online and physical) on a daily basis.
  • Share daily reports with branches for deposit verification.
  • Extract branch collection/deposit reports and verify them against bank statements.
  • Confirm deposits and manage returned cheques, ensuring timely redeposit.
  • Manage receipts and payments, prepare periodic entries, annual accounts, and financial statements of sister concern companies (Calicom, Pakpur Foundation, DWP Innovation).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all financial activities.
  • Preparation of detailed summaries and ledgers for tax notices under sections 161, rule 44, and 214-C.
  • Support in annual Audit through preparation of ledger and provision of supporting documents.

Qualifications:

  • B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting/ERP software.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
