Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Lahore District. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, and assisting with budget preparation. The role will also require collaboration with other departments to support overall financial management and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing financial records and preparing financial reports
  • Experience in performing reconciliations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Skills in processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling payroll
  • Ability to assist with budget preparation and collaborate with other departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with accounting software and tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus
