Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving new business development, managing client relationships, and upselling ERP components to ensure long-term growth. This role requires deep understanding of enterprise systems, AI/automation, and the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for enterprise systems and ERP solutions.

  • Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, IT Heads) through email, LinkedIn, calls, and presentations.

  • Develop tailored pitches explaining how governance, automation, and AI enhance system performance and compliance.

  • Upsell and cross-sell ERP components (e.g., HR, finance, procurement, supply chain modules).

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Build proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals aligned with revenue targets.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and structured follow-ups.

  • Work closely with technical teams to align sales pitches with solution capabilities.

  • Stay updated on enterprise technology trends, AI/automation tools, and ERP industry standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven sales experience (5+ years) in enterprise systems, ERP, or SaaS solutions.

  • Strong understanding of operating systems, ERP platforms, and modular upselling.

  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and workflow systems (ability to explain benefits to clients).

  • Experience in selling to the potential clients with cultural and business practice awareness.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).

  • Ability to craft professional proposals, client emails, and presentations.

  • Strong pipeline management skills (CRM, reporting, forecasting).

  • Self-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5–8 years of relevant B2B sales experience, with enterprise/GCC market exposure.

  • Demonstrated success in closing deals for ERP or enterprise management systems.

  • Familiarity with consultative/solution selling approaches.
