Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Thumbnail Designer located in Multan. The Thumbnail Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality thumbnail designs that capture the attention of viewers and drive engagement. Daily tasks will include designing visually striking thumbnails, collaborating with content creators to understand their needs, integrating brand elements consistently, and conducting research to implement current design trends. The ideal candidate will also be involved in brainstorming sessions to develop new and innovative ideas for thumbnails.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
  • Strong visual design skills, including an eye for color, contrast, and typography
  • Experience in creating digital content and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work collaboratively with content creators and marketing teams
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and understanding of how thumbnails influence viewer engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A portfolio showcasing previous thumbnail designs or relevant work
