Role Description

We are looking for
Sales Agents
to join our growing team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. This is a
full-time, on-site role
where you'll be responsible for closing deals, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present project details confidently and professionally to potential buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Real estate sales experience (Islamabad/Rawalpindi market preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Lead generation & deal-closing ability

Target-driven, confident & self-motivated

Presentable & experienced (No freshers)
