An Islamic Community center is hiring 'Programs Executive' for their office located in Karachi.

Work Schedule:

Job Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Job Type : On-Site

Mon - Friday and Alternate Saturdays

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Organize idea generation sessions with multiple focus groups to gather raw ideas for programs to be held at Ribat.
  2. Identify resources / vendors to conduct programs. Prepare RFQ's (requests for quotations), get proposals, develop comparison and present to Program Committee for review and approval.
  3. Develop and maintain up to date, a master schedule of all programs / events that will take place at the institute. This includes preparation of daily, weekly and monthly schedules.
  4. Issue necessary instructions to the Ribat staff to prepare the premises (seating arrangements, audio / visual aids etc) for each specific program as per schedule of the day.
  5. For any new programs / activities that need to be inducted, prepare a summary for program committee's review and approval including calculation of program cost.
  6. Coordinate with program owners and program committee for any schedule change / contingency and issue necessary email / whatsapp notification to all program stakeholders.
  7. Take notes of meeting of Program committee, record action items and issue minutes of meeting to program committee members. Maintain follow up with respective program committee members against their action items.
  8. Prepare fortnightly progress report for Management Committee.
  9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience:

2-3 years or more experience in relevant field.

Education:

Graduation / Masters (Psychology, Buisness Graduates, Education and other related field)

Pay: Rs45, Rs70,000.00 per month
