Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled Embroidery Digitizer and DTF Specialist to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running embroidery machines and DTF printers, managing artwork setup, and ensuring every print and stitch comes out perfect.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain embroidery machines and DTF printers
  • Set up designs, thread colors, and hoop garments correctly
  • Manage production runs, from artwork prep to final quality check
  • Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Keep workspace organized and ensure efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with production and design teams on new projects
  • Inspect finished garments for quality, alignment, and color accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience with embroidery and/or DTF printing
  • Familiarity with digitizing software (Wilcom) Photoshop
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of screen printing or heat press applications
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
  • Comfortable managing multiple production jobs per day
