Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors upon arrival.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, labeling, and distributing as needed.
  • Perform basic office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects, including data entry and file management.
  • Respond to client and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support team members as needed by answering questions and assisting with various tasks.

Who May Apply

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic, including honesty, punctuality, accountability, flexibility, mutual respect, and commitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
