We are a trusted leader in the courier and logistics industry, providing comprehensive and dependable delivery solutions to businesses and individuals nationwide. To further expand our reach and strengthen client relationships, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients within assigned territories.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Present and promote courier services, pricing plans, and tailored logistics solutions to potential customers.
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to suggest strategies for growth.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, client feedback, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in courier, logistics, or related services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of local market and customer base.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
