Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Karachi Division. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions for their maintenance requirements. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves working closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer interaction, sales, and relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare quotes, close sales, and manage customer inquiries
- Understanding of AC, solar, electrical, and fabrication systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
