We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling IT services and solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical understanding of IT products and services, and the ability to identify and close business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions (custom software, SaaS, cloud, managed services, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, and Procurement Heads.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, RFPs, and customized solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo).
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to delivery and project teams.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the company and build networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions (software development, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
