Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for vertical apartment sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their real estate investment needs.
- Conduct property presentations, tours, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract and engage potential buyers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the real estate industry (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly in vertical apartment projects.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
