We are looking for an AI Engineer with 2-3 years of experience specializing in Data Science and Generative AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and experience with cloud platforms. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and optimize AI models that solve complex problems and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement AI Models:

Design and develop AI models focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.

Fine-tune pre-trained models and integrate RAG techniques to enhance model performance and relevance.

Develop and deploy AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.

Data Management:

Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing.

Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.

Cloud Deployment:

Deploy AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Optimize cloud resources for scalability and performance.

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Experiment with new tools and technologies to improve existing solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in data science tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and Jupyter Notebooks.

Proficient in Python and familiar with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Experience with Generative AI models, Large Language Models, RAG techniques, and AI agents.

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Experience with computer vision techniques, frameworks, and related tools such as OpenCV and TensorFlow Object Detection API.

Familiarity with NVIDIA NIM tools for optimizing AI workflows.

Additional Skills:

Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
