We are hiring a
Remote Python AI/ML Engineer
with at least
4 years
of hands-on experience. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills. The selected candidate must be confident enough to handle technical interviews and participate in client meetings.

If you are passionate about AI, have a strong Python foundation, and can work independently in a remote environment, this role is for you.

Important:
Use of Time Doctor for activity and time tracking is mandatory. Candidates unwilling to use Time Doctor should not apply.

Required Technical Skills:

Python and Software Engineering:

  • Strong command over Python (OOP, decorators, generators, typing)
  • REST API development with FastAPI or Flask
  • Git version control (GitHub/GitLab)
  • Writing testable code and using pytest or unittest

Machine Learning:

  • Supervised and unsupervised learning (classification, regression, clustering)
  • Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM,
  • Cross-validation and hyperparameter tuning
  • End-to-end ML pipelines using MLflow or Scikit-learn Pipelines

Deep Learning:

  • Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
  • CNNs, RNNs, Transformers
  • Transfer Learning
  • Image processing, OCR, object detection, time series models

NLP and Generative AI (Preferred):

  • Text classification, NER, sentiment analysis
  • HuggingFace, spaCy, NLTK
  • Prompt engineering, LLM-based solutions
  • LangChain, vector search, RAG pipelines

Data Engineering and Pipelines:

  • Pandas, NumPy, Polars
  • ETL development using Airflow, DVC
  • Handling large structured and unstructured data
  • Basic shell scripting

MLOps and Deployment:

  • Deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker
  • Creating dashboards with Streamlit, Gradio
  • CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Jenkins
  • GPU deployments on AWS, GCP, or local

Databases and Cloud:

  • SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Cloud storage like S3 or GCS
  • Redis and vector search tools (FAISS, Pinecone)

Soft Skills Communication:

  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • Must handle client interviews and meetings confidently
  • Professional, self-driven, and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in remote setups
  • Strong documentation skills

Nice to Have (Bonus):

  • Integration with OpenAI, Mistral, Anthropic APIs
  • Building AI chatbots or content generation tools
  • Experience with frontend basics (React or HTML/CSS)
  • Open-source contributions

Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy AI/ML solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attend client calls and participate in interviews when required
  • Document and report work clearly
  • Stay updated on the latest in AI/ML

Shift Timings:

Night Shift –
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan
Time. Availability during these hours is mandatory for collaboration and meetings.
