Job Overview

Zapped is looking for a skilled Amazon Listing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central, product listings, brand approvals, and other e-commerce marketplaces (Noon, Amazon, Trendyol, etc.).

This role requires someone who understands end-to-end marketplace operations, including keyword research, SEO, listing optimization, catalog management, compliance, and brand registry procedures.

If you're detail-oriented, knowledgeable about Amazon policies, and can manage listings that convert — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Listing & Optimization

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings on Amazon (UAE/GCC/global stores).
  • Prepare high-quality product titles, bullet points, descriptions & backend keywords.
  • Ensure listings meet Amazon guidelines, SEO rules, image standards & compliance.
  • Manage variations (sizes, colors, bundles) and fix suppressed or inactive listings.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium10, JungleScout, SellerApp, etc.

Brand Approval & Catalog Compliance

  • Handle brand gating, brand approval & brand registry applications.
  • Manage documentation submission for approvals (invoices, authorization letters, etc.).
  • Resolve compliance issues such as transparency codes, GS1 barcodes, and authenticity requests.
  • Handle listing reinstatement for policy violations or deactivations.

Marketplace Management

  • Upload and manage listings across other platforms: Noon, Amazon, Trendyoletc.
  • Optimize product catalog for each platform's algorithm and audience.

E-commerce Operations

  • Monitor listing health, stock status, pricing & buy-box competition.
  • Manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
  • Coordinate with design teams for product images, infographics & storefront graphics.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track ASIN performance: impressions, clicks, conversions, rankings.
  • Generate weekly marketplace growth & optimization reports.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to improve sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, listing quality score & product visibility techniques.
  • Experience in brand approval, brand registry & global marketplace onboarding.
  • Familiar with e-commerce tools: Helium10, JungleScout, Keepa, Canva, Google Sheets, ChatGPT
  • Strong research skills & ability to write optimized content for listings.
  • Understanding of PPC (Amazon Ads) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle marketplace disputes, compliance issues & support tickets.
  • Must be organized, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
