Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
E-commerce Marketplace Specialist
to manage and optimize our online sales channels across
Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace account management, product listings, SEO optimization, advertising campaigns, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for maximum visibility and sales.
  • Monitor marketplace performance, sales analytics, and competitor activity.
  • Run advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, TikTok Ads, etc.) to increase product visibility and ROI.
  • Handle inventory management, order processing, and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Resolve issues related to customer service, account health, and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing
    Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop
    accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Hub, Shopify Apps, TikTok Seller Center
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
