We are looking for an experienced
Senior Technical Writer
to create, improve, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for our products, services, and processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content. You will own the documentation strategy, ensure consistency across materials, and contribute to a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation Development & Management

  • Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, API documentation, product guides, FAQs, and release notes.
  • Develop and maintain content standards, style guides, and documentation templates.
  • Transform technical and functional specifications into easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Manage documentation repositories, version control, and content updates in alignment with product releases.

Collaboration & Research

  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and support teams to gather and verify technical information.
  • Participate in product demos, sprint meetings, and reviews to stay updated on new features and changes.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to integrate documentation into product interfaces where applicable.

Quality & Consistency

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with brand tone and style guidelines.
  • Conduct peer reviews and edit content for grammar, clarity, and technical accuracy.
  • Test and validate documentation by performing hands-on product testing.

Content Strategy & Improvement

  • Define and implement documentation standards, processes, and best practices for the organization.
  • Analyze user feedback and support tickets to identify documentation gaps and improvement areas.
  • Recommend and implement tools/technologies to improve documentation workflows (e.g., Markdown, CMS, Confluence).
  • Mentor junior technical writers and guide them on content quality and style.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing
    , preferably in software, IT, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong ability to write for different audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Confluence, Markdown, or similar.
  • Familiarity with APIs, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
