Job description
This position is overall responsible for marketing & sales activities of the KPK Region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work according to Shariah Compliant Standards & VISION of the Company.
- Must possess & have command over all company products and have ability to demonstrate the same to the customers.
- Meeting Quarterly and annual Sales Targets.
- Ability & experience to interact with the customers at all levels including the highest level such as the Medical Superintendent, Commandants, Chairman, Chief Executive Officers etc.
- Planning & execution after doing the required market research & evolve the required strategies to obtain maximum market share in a profitable manner.
- Ability to maintain & increase customers, keeping ahead of the market trends.
- Making forecasts and analyzing the current business flow. Take necessary actions if sales performance is not on track.
- Developing new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues including meetings with the decision makers and influencers.
- Present Company to potential clients through direct communication, in face to face meetings, PowerPoint presentations, telephone calls and emails.
- Ensure strong follow up for the tenders and quotations in a timely manner.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Company procedures.
- Interact with other departments including store, finance and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale.
- Ensuring timely supplies of the stock to hospitals and collect receiveables within time mentioned in contracts.
- Establish satisfied Key Opinion Leaders which can be used as a reference for Company.
- Weekly & monthly reporting to the Director Sales and the CEO.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Qualifications
1. Must be a Graduate preferably in marketing discipline.
2. Five years of relevant experience in a similar capacity [prior work experience in the selling of medical equipments and surgical disposables will be a plus].
3. Confident personality.
4. Excellent communication, presentation & IT skills [Ppt, Excel, Word & Access or similar database].
